Assignment Customer Experience Canvas, blueprinting and recording a presentation
This assignment has three parts:
- Part A: Blueprinting
- Part B: Completing a Customer Experience Canvas
- Part C: Recording a presentation
For Part A, First, you need to choose a service provider and focus on a persona. Then develop a service blueprint in relation to the chosen persona.
For Part B, you need to complete a Customer Experience Canvas. In the Customer Experience Canvas, you need to provide brief answers to the questions in each building block. Some of these answers can be found in the blueprint you already made for Part A.
For Part C, you need to record a presentation. In your presentation you need to:
- describe the persona (from the Customer Experience Canvas)
- describe the blueprint you made
- elaborate on the answers you gave to questions in the customer experience canvas.
- You need to justify your claims using the service management concepts and models from journal articles
